Hopeline is excited to be bringing a fantastic new event to downtown Elizabeth City! "Savor, Sip, and Stroll" is a culinary crawl where ticketholders will have the opportunity to sample delicious dishes and drinks from 15 downtown restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.
